1) Cut 15cm-long clippings of rosemary and eucalyptus and, using reel wire, bind around 12 bunches of rosemary and around 4 of eucalyptus.
2) Place the first bunch of rosemary at an angle on the wreath ring and hold in place with mossing pins. Place the second bunch of rosemary at an angle, overlapping the base of the first, and pin in place as before (see illustration). Continue working around the wreath ring in this way until you have attached all the rosemary bunches. If your wreath ring is quite thick, you may also need to cover the sides.
3) Using reel wire, bind in place all round, finishing with a hanging hook before cutting the wire.
4) Decide where you want to position the eucalyptus and attach using mossing pins and reel wire as before.
