Step 2
Using a circular template or compass, draw circles (with a diameter of around 3cm each) on the strips. Position the circles so there is a 0.5cm gap between them, and also at the top edge. Draw a straight line through the centre of the row of circles. To create the scallops, follow the outline of the top half of each circle and extend the outline 0.5cm below the line linking the semi-circles together.
