Ham and blue cheese whorls
Use ready-made croissant dough to produce a cluster of savoury buns for sharing at brunch or with drinks
Makes 18 mini buns
Butter for greasing
100g ham, finely diced
250g tin croissant dough
3 tbsp red onion marmalade
75g blue cheese
Step 1) Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Grease 2x18cm round sandwich tins.
Step 2) Toast the ham in a dry frying pan until crisp. Unroll the dough and separate into 3 squares. Spread each evenly with the red onion marmalade and sprinkle over the ham. Crumble over the blue cheese. Roll up the dough tightly and cut each roll into 6 slices. Divide between the
2 sandwich tins and bake for 12-15 minutes until puffy and golden. Serve warm.
