When’s best to go

Each month brings the availability of different fruits. To ensure you don't miss out on picking your favourite fruit, here is our harvest calendar.

* For super sweet strawberries, the ideal fruit picking time is late spring (May to June).

* Cherries are best picked between June and July.

* August is the month for blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, raspberries and even redcurrants, so get your jam jars ready!

* Autumn is the ideal season for picking apples and grapes.
