There are three companies I can suggest where clients supply their own fabric; cotton, chintz, satin, silk and synthetic silks are all suitable. It can take two to three days to outline-quilt a large bedcover. Quilting a double bedcover, including padding, lining and finishing with a bound or rolled edge, costs from £350.
