Give New Year's champagne an extra dimension with a light elderflower flavour. Ideal for those who like to quaff the glamorous liquid, but fancy a bit of a change. Serve in elegant champagne flutes. 

SERVES 6
1 lemon, cut into 6 sections
3 teaspoons elderflower cordial per glass
Chilled Champagne or Prosecco
Berries to decorate

Squeeze each lemon section into a glass. Add 3 teaspoons of elderflower cordial to each glass. Top slowly and carefully with chilled Champagne or Prosecco. Decorate with berries.
