For those who don't like sugary drinks, this cocktail should suit your palate. Served in a martini glass with a salted rim, they create a Fifties-style cocktail hour vibe - smooth and elegant.

SERVES 1
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice, reserving the lime
Salt
37ml Tequila
12ml Triple Sec

Rub the rim of a glass with the lime, and dip the lip of the glass into salt. Use a shaker to mix the Tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice with ice, and then strain into the glass.
