Add some classic architectural designs to your dinnerware
They say the first step towards tackling a problem is admitting that you have a problem. So I admit that my interest in retro-print ceramics is edging towards an obsession at an alarming rate, and these little beauties are doing nothing to abate it.
First there’s the colour; that teal blue manages to look both totally contemporary and like it’s waltzed straight out of the 1970s. Secondly, Snowden Flood’s silhouette designs seem to capture the essence of some of London’s most iconic buildings. Lastly, there is a whole set to collect!
My favourite is Battersea power station, but the Tate Modern and Tower Bridge plates are surely only a month’s pay cheque away...
