Let’s face it – a gym bag pushed up against a door to stop it slamming shut ain’t a good look for any home. But door stops aren’t exactly lining the shelves at trendy boutiques either.

That’s why I’m chuffed with this newbie from plantstuff.com. Darling dog doorstops (and matching pups if you fancy) in a selection of finishes and colours that will have you umm-ing and aah-ing for the rest of the day.

I’m deciding whether to give the Jute Dog a good home or whether the Candy Stripe Dog and Puppy (pictured) will be a more suitable breed for our home. Hmmm.
