According to stockists at Furniture Village, their best selling bed for the last six months is the deluxe Park Lane Leather TV Bedstead - an investment at £3,000!
This luxury bedstead has an integral pop up 26 inch Samsung LCD TV in the footboard, perfect for a lazy Sunday. Yet although the price has been considerably reduced from £14,000 when it launched two years ago, the £3,000 bed excluding mattress is still a big purchase.
It seems that despite the credit crunch, some people still can't resist the lure of a luxury gadget bed!
