Livingetc paint

It’s bank holiday time and that, for many, including myself, means DIY. Come Saturday morning I’ll be donning the tattiest kit in my wardrobe and tackling the walls in my spare bedroom, currently an unflattering pinky colour.

My new shade of choice: Wire from Livingetc’s stylish new range of interior paints, available from selected B&Q stores. I’ve tried the sample pot, got the thumbs up from my decorating chief of staff (aka my husband) and am all set to start a-painting.

I’ll be adding edge to this elegant shade with hot accent colours – think fuchsia pink cushions and textured throws (yet to be approved).
