Established in 1990, The Curtain Exchange pioneered the sale of top-quality second-hand curtains. Now there are ready-mades too, featuring generous widths and lengths which are often hard to find. Only top-quality interlined curtains are accepted, and prices start at around £50 a pair, with the majority at £150 to £250 a pair. Prices climb to over £700 for handmade curtains in exceptional fabrics with trimmings, pelmets or swags.
